New Zealand initiated the New Zealand Excellence Awards (NZEA) 2025. The project offers 29 scholarships at eight highly ranked institutions for undergraduate and postgraduate study. The value of these awards ranges from NZD 5,000 to NZD 20,000, lowering the cost of studying internationally. Applications opened on March 18, 2025, and the final submission date is April 30, 2025.
Eligibility
If you want to apply fro New Zealand Excellence Award then you must meet these requirements:
You must be at least 18 years old.
You must be Indian nationals (and not citizens or permanent residents of New Zealand or Australia).
You must comply with Immigration New Zealand's student visa criteria.
You must be based in India at the time of application.
You must have an unconditional offer for a qualifying course.
Steps to Apply
Students that match the eligibility can apply for the scholarship by following the processes outlined here:
Look for programs and universities at studywithnewzealand.govt.nz.
Submit your application directly to the institution or through an approved agency.
Apply for a student visa at immigration.govt.nz.
Make sure you apply for NZEA 2025 before the deadline, i.e 30th April 2025.
