Program Overview
As a silver scholar, the first year will be spent learning the core curriculum necessary to make you an innovative and efficient manager. After the first year, you will work full time for one year or more to put the skills you have learnt to use. Acquiring enough work experience, you will return to school for final year to take up elective courses in the field you want to specialize in.

Eligibility Criteria
While applying for the silver scholars’ program, you are required to submit the same application as the full time MBA program. Additional documents required are-
1. Only current college seniors are eligible to apply for the program. If your under-graduate degree is of three years, you can apply in the final year.
2. Silver scholars must provide two letters of recommendation. One should be from an academic instructor who has taught you and another should be from a recent employer (it can a summer internship or a part time internship).
3. If invited to interview, you will have a half an hour interview with the silver scholars committee which will assess your future career goals and motivation.
